You've Protected Your Gear- Now Protect You!

We know you're a smart adventurer because of your purchase of a Sportube protective travel case for ski, snowboard, fishing and outdoor gear. Have you considered protecting your most important adventure asset? Yourself!

Here at Sportube, we recommend Dogtag Travel Insurance. Instead of carrying around paperwork which is impractical, they issue every insured person a personalized stainless steel Dogtag. This contains your emergency contact information and a link to your read-only medical information page with important details that you select to display.

In addition to protecting your gear, you may want to pack DOGTAG too!

TSA lock not opening

Do not know TSA 3-digit code:

Once set, the TSA combinations cannot be reset except by us with a special tool. If you have forgotten your combination or accidentally set it to something you didn't want, we offer a "reset" service for $10.00. All you need to do is mail us your TSA Lock with the wrong combination and we will reset it to whatever combination you prefer. The $10.00 charge will include the return shipping back to you. Please mail via USPS to PO Box 502 Avon, CO 81620.

Trying to set the combination:

When you receive the lock in the mail, it is very important to read the instructions that came with the lock first and foremost.

The lock is set to 0-0-0 as factory settings. To set the lock, press and hold tightly the button on the bottom right of the lock. DO NOT let go of this button as that means you just set the lock at whatever numbers they were on. While holding the button in tightly change the code to whatever 3 digits you want and then release. Pinch the cable together and the right side will release open.
