What You’ll Need
- Series 3 Sportube Hard Case
- Wire Case Pin (included) or TSA-approved lock (not included)
Step-by-Step Packing Instructions
- Prepare Your Snowboard
- Lay your one snowboard with the base flat on the ground
- Arrange boots like shoes in a shoebox tip to tail and place on tip or tail of snowboard or both if you have two pairs of boots.
- Place the second snowboard on top with the bindings facing inward and the base facing outward.
- Separate the Hard Case
- Remove the included Wire Case Pin to split the Hard Case into top and bottom halves.
- Insert Skis into the Bottom Half
- Slide snowboards and boots into the bottom half of the Hard Case.
- Close the Case
- Slide the top half of the Hard Case over the bottom half containing your skis and poles.
- Slide until the top half reaches the top of your snowboards for the most secure fit.
- Lock the Case
- Insert the included Wire Case Pin or TSA-approved lock through one of the two holes on the case to secure it. Note: the two holes in the outer section of the case are NOT designed to line up concurrently with any two holes on the inner (wheeled) case. Cinching the top of the case down on the tip of the skis minimizes movement of skis within the case.
Packing Tips
- Pack snugly to prevent movement during transit.
- Remove the Easy Pull Handle when checking, shipping, or mounting the case on a vehicle roof rack to prevent damage.
