Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Fill out the return form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — this is required for all returns.
  2. If you’d like us to provide a return label, we’ll email it to you along with your RMA number. Applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.
  3. If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, you’ll still need an RMA number before sending your item. Ship your return to the address listed below once you have it.
  4. After we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. We’ll notify you when your refund is issued. Refunds (minus any label costs) will go back to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear.
