Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
How to Return Your Item:
- Fill out the return form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — this is required for all returns.
- If you’d like us to provide a return label, we’ll email it to you along with your RMA number. Applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.
- If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, you’ll still need an RMA number before sending your item. Ship your return to the address listed below once you have it.
- After we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. We’ll notify you when your refund is issued. Refunds (minus any label costs) will go back to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear.
