Warranty Coverage

Hard Cases: 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

Bags: 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover nor is Sportube responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling by airlines or shipping carriers, normal wear and tear, or damage to personal equipment stored inside a Sportube product. Should your case be damaged during shipping and transportation please contact the carrier immediately.

It is quite normal for cases and bags to become scuffed, dented or dinged during transportation and are considered a results of the normal handling process. If you believe the airline or carrier has caused undue or irreparable damage to your property, always immediately file a claim with the carrier prior to leaving the airport.
