Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Sportube Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward our loyal customers (“Advocates”) for referring new customers (“Friends”) to Sportube. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility 

The Program is open to individuals who have made a purchase directly from Sportube.com. 

Friends must be new customers who have never made a purchase from Sportube.com before. 

Both Advocate and Friend must be located in the United States and at least 18 years old.  

How It Works 

Advocates share their unique referral link with Friends. 

When a Friend makes their first purchase of $100 or more at Sportube.com using the referral link, they receive $25 off their order. 

30 days after the Friend’s qualifying purchase has been delivered, the Advocate receives a $25 reward to use on a future purchase of $100 or more at Sportube.com. 

Referral rewards are issued in the form of a discount code or store credit. 

Reward Issuance & Expiration 

The Advocate’s reward will be issued via email within 5 days after the Friend’s purchase is confirmed and past the return window. 

If the Friend returns any part of their qualifying purchase, the Advocate’s reward will be voided. 

Referral rewards expire 365 days after the date of issuance and have no cash value. 

Limitations 

Advocates may not refer themselves, create multiple accounts, or use fake identities or email addresses. 

Referral links may not be posted on coupon or deal-sharing sites. 

Sportube reserves the right to verify all referrals for accuracy and legitimacy. 

Any form of abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity (including bulk email distribution or paid promotions using referral links) will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards. 

General Terms 

Sportube reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. 

Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified. 

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

In the event of a dispute, Sportube’s decision shall be final and binding.
