How do I return an item?
Merchandise purchases through our site may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise ordered through one of our dealers must be returned through the store or website that you bought from.
Sportube reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. You must contact customer service to arrange returns before you send them in. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of merchandise are non-refundable.

ALL SPORTUBE BAGS CARRY A 1 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Highland Trading Co., Inc. (H.T.C. Inc.) will warranty all SPORTUBE cases during the warranty time stated above while the original purchaser owns the product(s). This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions, H.T.C. Inc. will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts and labor.
No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear (including but not limited to, cosmetic rust, scratches or dents) accidents or modifications or any types of repair other than those authorized by H.T.C. Inc.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond H.T.C. Inc.’s control including, but not limited to, theft, misuse, airline mis-handling, overloading, failure to use the product in accordance with H.T.C. Inc.’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.
H.T.C. Inc. shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages or economic loss.

In the event that a product needs to be returned to H.T.C., a customer service agent at the address or phone number listed above will provide the purchaser with the appropriate shipping address and any additional instructions. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to H.T.C. and that the proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt and a detailed description of the defect must be included with the product.
Disclaimer of Liability
Repair or replacement of a defective product is a purchaser's exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser's equipment/cargo and/or any other person or property is excluded.
This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Highland Trading Co. Inc's sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Sportube be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, economic loss or for any other damages of any kind of nature.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not be applicable.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
