Good as new February 7, 2024 Reviewer: jim bergmann from Phoenix, AZ United States   Replaced two handles on a Series 3 case. Original handles were failing. A few things I learned; use a metal rated drill bit to remove existing rivets and you need a rivet gun. The necessary rivets are supplied with replacement handles. Once I figured it out it took maybe 15 minutes to install two. Good as new. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Customer Service April 4, 2022 Reviewer: Rodney Suzuki from Danville, CA United States   I have a travel hard case for my snowboards that is still in great shape.  None of the airlines have been able to destroy it.  Over time, air pollutants got to the 2 nylon handles so they broke off.  Sportube Customer Service was able to provide replacement parts and provide installation instructions.   Thank you for providing world class service. Installation of series 3 handle June 28, 2020 Reviewer: Hugh Sutherland from Valrico, FL United States   I recently ordered and received two replacement series 3 handles for my sportube after the rubber on the old handles deteriorated.  The handles arrived with the required rivets and I used my rivet gun to install them in about 5 minutes.  Even though installation is pretty obvious, there probably should be instructions provided with the handles for those unfamiliar with how to operate a rivet gun. Awesome customer service August 6, 2019 Reviewer: jimmy Zehner from Sarasota, FL United States   I received the wrong product and I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out the correct product no questions asked without requiring did I send the wrong product back first.
