Order Processing
Most order ship within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via FedEx and USPS, depending on the destination, package weight or by request.shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS.

- Continental U.S.: 3–5 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and selected shipping method. Shipping rates do not include any fees, duties tariffs, or additional taxes if applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Use this information to monitor the shipment’s progress.
International Shipping
International shipping is available; customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on location.
Holiday Shipping
Sportube will be closed on the following holidays, shipping is also subject to carrier pick up schedules throughout the year:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Delivery Issues or Questions
If there are any issues with the delivery, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Sportube must be notified within 14 days date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.
Please always double check your ship to address, as Sportube cannot change the delivery address once the shipment has dispatched
