Just on trip to Rockies and fit my long extra wide snowboard, snowboard boots, pair of skis and poles, plus ski clothes. Was all under 50lbs. Love the protection for our gear. Only issue was even though the TSA lock is great, TSA won't mess with trying to match up the holes so you can lock the sections back together. They just slid the pieces together and put it on the plane. Maybe there is a way to optimize the drilled holes?
